membership eligibility criteria

Active

• Be employed in a group of at least two physicians

• Be employed by a company that provides management services to more than one group practice

• Perform management and administrative duties

Associate

• Be employed by one physician

• Perform management and administrative duties

• An associate member is entitled to all membership services including the right to vote and be an officer.

Allied

• Be employed by a health care delivery system

• Hold a position which complements a physician practice

• Perform management and administrative duties

• An allied member is entitled to all membership services including the right to vote and be an officer.

Corporate Affiliates

• Be employed by a company providing products and services to the health care community

• A corporate affiliate is entitled to selected membership services, but may not vote or be an officer.

Student/Faculty

• Be a student or faculty member who does not qualify for above categories

• A student/faculty member is entitled to selected membership services, but may not vote or be an officer.

Retired

• A former Active, Associate or Allied Member who has retired

• A retired member is entitled to selected membership services but may not vote or be an officer.
