 Carol A. Ammon is Chairman and Founder of Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., a market leader in pain management. Prior to forming Endo in a management buyout in 1997, Ms. Ammon spent 23 years in the pharmaceutical division of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. She received the 2003 Greater Philadelphia Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award®, the 2005 Paradigm Award and was recently named one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business. She earned a BA from Central Connecticut State University, an MBA from Adelphi University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. She serves on the boards of numerous civic, corporate and nonprofit organizations
